Who photographs us?

Gerhard is the primary photographer for Anjurad Photo.

How long before we get our Products?

It depends on the product. However, we generally aim to turn your order around under 2 weeks after the order is confirmed.  This may be extended during busy periods, like the weeks leading up to Christmas for instance.

Do you charge for travel?

Travel is included when the destination is within a 15 mile radius of Macclesfield. That covers most of the South Manchester area. For destinations further afield and outside the North West we can create a custom quote for your destination.

Are you insured?

We have professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

Will your products last generations?

We use professional and reputable suppliers based here in the UK. Albums include a life-time guarantee. Read more about our commitment to quality and excellence.

What equipment do we use?

We use the latest and greatest professional line of equipment from Canon, Apple, Elinchrom, Lastolite and other high-end professional gear. This allows us to produce great looking images consistently whether in the studio, at your home or on location.

Are there any hidden costs?

Quoted prices are fully inclusive. There are no hidden extras.

What happens if the photographer is sick on the day of the shoot?

It has never happened, but we are part of a network of photographers that we can call upon if required.  We are associated with the British Institute of Professional Photography who can provide assistance.

Are our prices guaranteed?

For bookings made now, we guarantee our prices for 2010-2011. For 2012, we promise our prices won’t go up more than 10% .

Can you request specific photographs or poses?

Absolutely! When we meet in consultation, we will go over all the different details of your day, including posing, style and all the other expectations that you may have.

How long does it take to get the album back?

We use only the best in the industry, so the lead times are up to 3 weeks.

Do we do engagement session photographs?

Yes. We love engagement sessions, they are fun, casual and exciting!

Can you provide framed enlargement?

Yes. We provide a range of products, including canvas prints, framed desktop and wall-mounted prints, Acrylics and Albums. Check out the products page for more detail.

What else do you need to know?

Nothing that we won’t go over in our consultation. We are very easy to work with.
